Reaper Model
------------

This version has been tweaked to fix a problem in the unzip path. If
you had problems installing with a previous version of reaper.zip,
this version should fix the problem.

This is Raven's original Corvus model with full weapons and armor, and
a few modifications. It features a scythe instead of the bladestaff, a
new face and hooded head, and a robe, that make him look like the Grim
Reaper.

You can use standard Corvus skins on this model but the robe may look
a bit odd. Two skins made just for this model are included:
- Blue Wizard, a skin designed for use in THF as the Wizard class
- Grim, a robed skeletal harbinger of death-by-harvest

To install the model:

1) Unzip this archive (reaper.zip) to a new base/players/reaper folder.
2) If you play The Heretic Fortress (THF) version 4 or higher and want
to use the reaper model as your male wizard, run the thfreap.bat
file by double-clicking on it. This will copy the necessary files
from base/players/reaper to thf/players/mwizard. NOTE: YOU MUST
RUN MAKEREAP.BAT BEFORE RUNNING THFREAP.BAT OR THE MODEL MAY BE
   COPIED INCORRECTLY.

To use the Reaper model:

1) You can't use it in a standard multiplayer game unless it's also
on the server. Contact the server admin and ask him/her to install
   the reaper model.
2) You can use the reaper in The Heretic Fortress (THF) version 4 and
higher, even if it is not installed on the server.
3) You can use the reaper model in single player games if you first
type this command into the console:
   > allowillegalskins 1
4) To select the reaper model from the console, use this command:
   > skin reaper/grim (or skin reaper/bluewiz)

How We Did It:

The Reaper model was created using a modified version of Gwynhala's
motion capture program. It reads in an existing flex model, and then
patches the binary data for each frame to install the new head, weapon,
and robe.
